“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Yea, I'm 19 going on 20 and 6'1" 175 lb. I started at 155lb so as you can see I'm naturally pretty skinny....my wrists are still smaller than the vast majority of guys out there.

However, I saw a picture of my dad at the same age as me the other day, and he looked just like I do now....but my dad at the present time is pretty well built (he doesn't work out but he's like 6'1" 200lb or something with a little fat but well proportioned).

Is there an hope for me to naturally get a little bigger, I mean, could I be a late bloomer? I know its not something I can di anything about, but I'd kinda like to know....thanks.

yea without weight training. I mean, I look pretty good with a shirt off, but with one one I look skinny-average. Its just basically bone size and thickness that I want to be a little bigger.

Oh and you may not remember me but I'm about 9 months down the line, still using your workout plan! I've gained 20lb and no fat....however i was out for 2 months, so its more like 7-8 months training.

Apparently early 30s is when it's the easiest to put muscle on, don't know if that applies to the question though.

what, when your test levels are on the decline?

your 20s (when your natural hormones are at their peak) is when you should pay your dues, so in your 30s, 40s and 50s you can just worry about maintaining and not playing catchup.

yea man but its hard at the moment....I transfer for a year to an American uni and they provide the meals, which is max three a day...and then you gotta buy the rest, so i can only afford like 4 proper meals per day....so I probs won't gain as much.

Any tips on how to maximise growth, like timing of meals/shakes etc? Cheers man

eggs + whey shakes in between solid meals, they're in cheap and plentiful supply just about anywhere
