If its an ominous and bad feeling like you can't trust her then thats how you interpret it as meaning.
If you get no feeling from hearing her say that she probably meant it in a frivelous way like how someone might say they are bad if they are a diet freak and had a bit too many chicken nuggets at Mcdonalds this morning.
