When she reaches out to you. If she does not reach out to you then move on. It could be a call or a text message... the reason might seem innocuous, but assume she wants to see you and make a date.

What he said. And it depends on if this was a girl you were dating or not. If you were, expect a 2 to 6 month window before she hits you back; if you weren't, she may never do it 'cause she had no real emotional investment in you other than being a friend.
