So, to start off im in college, and I dont live in the dorms, so Im somewhat at a disadvantage. I got this idea to just build rapport with the girl for a few days, get her interested whatever, and then once you have the green light of her being interested, hang out with her, get her to completely lust after you, and then proceed to hint to her that you want sex. Like, say you meet up with her, shes all giggly and what not, then ask her if shes busy at the moment, if she says no, you can say something like "good because we're gonna do something together," she'll be confused/get the hint/questioning/in agreement. And she'll be like "what did you have in mind," and you just say "that depends" while looking into her eyes. And it could just build from there. Eventually, youll get to the part where she leads you to her dorm room (VOLUNTARILY) and then she locks the door, and you two get it on. Hows that, you guys think this would work?

Your missing so much vital stuff:
1. Why do you need to build rapport for several days? What if some big handsome stud comes up to her on day 2 and tells her she looks nice and he wants to get to know her? Who is she gonna be more attracted to, you or him?
2. How do you plan on getting her interested? This should be your focus rather than building rapport.
3. Why would she give you the green light if she's not interested?
4. Why should she hang out with you? What are you offering her?
5. Why should she lust after you? What do you have that she would want?
6. Hint to her you want sex? Pathetic! Why not show her you want sex?
You're forgetting the most important aspect. If she isn't attracted to you then your whole plan falls apart!
Why are you so afraid of letting her know you like her and want her?

You're a sexual being and if you're comfortable with it, that comfort and confidence will be projected out to the rest of the world.
If the girl's interested in you she already knows that you're interested in having sex with her and vice versa. All you have to do is move things along. She's not going to reject your sexual advances, as long as she's attracted to you.
