Whats your opinion on Soya Whey Protein?

It seems good for the price, 87g of protein per 100g.

I was wondering though, what are your opinions on whey protein?

Heard somewhere that soya raises eostrogen levels, resulting in less testoserone to build muscle or something of the sort, this true?

From what I have heard this appears to be true. I would stick to whey protein if I were you.

It's because of the phytoestrogens. It won't prove a big problem if most of your proteins come from other sources. I'd use whey, though.
