This video is old man. Stuff like this is where your gurus stole all their info from. Take what you can from it, discard the rest. That's how this stuff works. If you have questions I think you should do research to solve them. That's how that works. Everything doesn't work for everyone, so use what works for you.

I could do without the religious aspects, but it's still a good bit of advice.
