"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Whats the difference between meats you eat at fast food places and meats you get from the grocery store?

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I'm not worried about fat content.

But, fast food cows eat crap and are cooped up but grocery store meats are not?

its about what you're willing to pay for. fast food is cheap because they cut corners on things like raising livestock.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Fast food meats are loaded with trans fat...will bloat you up due to excessive sodium....etc
****, I didn't look at it like that. Last night I was sick of snaking on nuts and 4 hours before bed I decided to have 1&a bit Jumbo Jacks. I thought, "Hey, the only bad carbs are from the buns, there's not much bread here, mainly meat."

Dammit, way to waste a day.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

yheah but it doesnt help you at the same time either.

on another fast food consideration, did you know you can get cancer from soda? its the preservatives in there and they combine with vitamin c (i forgot the exact preservative) to make benzene in your body, which is carcinogenic.

fast food COULD help you, depending on your goals.

usually if you're a high metabolism skinny dude, fast food can be helpful

it's filled with crap, but theres protein and fat in there, which can help you grow, also a bunch of calories packed into something small

A waitress told me she used to work at Taco Bell and the boxes of beef were stamped 'US GRADE D.' I didn't know the grades went all the way down to D.

Deep frying the meat? When I was in high school I worked at Burger King part time, and I've never seen this done. The burgers were frozen, raw (pink) patties, and went straight though the broiler.

Who knows though. Whenever I eat at one of these places I get a serious shlt attack within 24 hours. If I eat burgers from home, or from a more traditional burger place/stand, I'm good to go.

you ever see how mcdonalds gets their meet?

they have like a this vat of oil (no way it's water, the meat is too greasy) covered and whenever they make a cheeseburger/whatever they just get bun, open that shvt up, grab a patty, throw it on, and theres your cheeseburger
