See, unlke you, i can and will teach them what they need to know to do well. they JUMP at the chance, scores of them, actually. MANY homeless people work, guy. You do NOT have to settle for renting to bums. I have a WAITING list of people who want to rent a room from me, but I rarely lose a tenant.

Also, one room of my property is full of high school lockers, rented out to the homeless at $10 a week. CASH. They love having their stuff secured, and in a temperature controled environment, instead of having to 'hide" it in the brush, where it can be and is frequently stolen, torn up by dogs, and so on, and where it's not freezing or melting. So it's been posted elsewhere, so what? Thats about all this site IS, except this section, SAME old crap about what a bunch of sad sacks you are.

You advocated renting to the homeless mate. Want to know how I know about such poverty? Look at where I live, poverty is rampant and you wouldn't make ****. Goundra/twentee/numerous other aliases just leave.
