Seems that no one has a serious answer to your problem...I very much doubt that it is an infection....In my experience,it is either one or both,personal hygiene or body odour.....Usually both.
I had a great Bird once,with the same problem....It was a deal breaker,I never summoned up the courage to tell her,just let things drift until we broke up...
Interesting,Chinese Ladies have no perceptible odour,even if they don't bathe for a week.....They find us Anglos really offensive,think we smell of cooked Lamb...I always shower,before meeting either of my current Asian Girls and putting Female scent on....As a stupid aside,I have noticed my old Dog instinctively makes friends with Asian Folk,Dogs have a sense of smell thousands of times keener than ours..
