“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I usually go in the morning around 6:30. Go back home, take shower and you're refresh. By the way, many hot chicks go early in the morning as well..

best time is anytime that lets you lift heavy weights (after a few weeks getting the form right) and plenty of time to eat afterwards. early morning may not be ideal for that. also, you need to get plenty of sleep every night, which would be another strike against early morning if you're a night owl. anytime within 3 or 4 hours of bedtime is a problem for the same reasons.

I don't think there is a "best" time. The best time is the time you have the most time and feel most comfortable with. You'll have to acclimate yourself to the time of day - physically, stay with the time and dont' switch from days to nights and back and forth.

My time is 6am, and some people would probably think that's nuts, but I think people who work out at 8pm are nuts too!

If you're going to work out in the morning, it needs to be sometime after you eat breakfast. You cannot be effective after 8 hours of not eating. Your body will not have the carbs in short order to keep you healthy while you lift hard after first getting up. As long as you have something to eat about a half hour beforehand though, go for it.

I just work out any time between 11 AM and 9 PM because I have a crazy college schedule. I shoot for just before dinner though because it means I can have a small snack (all natural unsalted PB sanwhich beforehand) and follow it up with a full meal in the dining hall directly afterwards.
