"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Over the past year Iv gained a heeps of confidence and my self esteem had risen enormously possibly due to me going to the gym and getting bigger, having a few influential girls in my life and being on holiday....but suddenly iv just lost it. My self-esteem has plummited and my confidence has gone down aswell. Im starting to take everything too seriously again (what people say etc). Iv had a little break from the gym and have lost some of the mass I gained, this one girl I was starting to like when I promised I wouldnt (because we were friends) sort of rejected me, and iv started this job that I dont think im going to be happy at? What going on? How can everything that iv worked on all disapear and be back to the way it was (low confidence etc)?

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Go back to the gym for a start. Working out boost your self esteem, thus helping every other aspect of your life. I can tell from your post that you are not keeping your head up. Do not worry just try to look at the bright side.

One thing....

You have just written a post with a problem. Then 3 negatives for that problem. The answer is there. Confiedence is in the mind. Its all psychology.

Firstly. Return to the gym. Exercising creates indorfines that is a drug that naturally makes you feel good about yourself and life. A healthy drug!

Secondly. You say you have been rejected recently by someone you got attached to. (you can tell everyone else you were not attached but it sounds to me like you are but just dont want to admit it). This is going to have a hit on your confidence and your self-esteem. Go out and fight the fear of rejection...you know from previous experierance if you do this **** works out.

Thirdly. What are doing going into a job you dislike. A job takes up a good part of your life. In an unhappy job your in an unhappy life. Im at work at the moment as im writing this.

Basically dont just look at the negatives...you know the confidence is there in you. You just need to find it again and the ladies will come.
