what's a good thing to say when it's casual and she gets jealous

I've been with this one girl on a few occasions (never sober) and she seems to be interested, but she's also a 9 and gets plenty attention, but I guess she likes my attention the most. She isn't bringing up the "what are we" stuff, but she got restless leg syndrome the other night about me talking to another girl and when I asked her what's up "I need a few more drinks and I'll tell you", and then she fessed up. I played it cool, told her that I didn't realize that would be a source of agitation for her and that after all I'm talking with her and we ended up kissing and hanging out until 5 am that night.

But this jealousy is something I need to deal with, and I can't start the relationship conversation without her losing interest. I am also not sure whether or not she is looking to be serious, even though she is genuinely jealous. I also have a "date" with another girl tomorrow that I'm not that interested in, and it's likely someone the 9 knows will see us and tell her. So what would you say/do in this situation?

No I haven't fvcked her, I knew her from way before, we barely knew each other and one night she randomly starts giving me signals and I went for it, she can't invite me over (parents), and I think it's kinda early to invite her over, not sure she'd go for it. She's 19, I'm 21 and it's a social thing in my country, girls aren't that wild (I mean some are, but they're branded as sluts which is demotivational for girls that would like to be less.. inhibited).

So bottom line she's testing to see how I behave. One solution would be to arrange a sober meet and eventually poke fun at her for being jealous to get more insight into what she's thinking, see where things go from there? She might not be bringing up the exclusivity because she doesn't want to bore me, she couldn't hide the jealousy when she was drunk.

I think not all girls are looking for players all the time, for some you have to sort of ground yourself, show interest in her above others in order to get laid, but I'm not sure if that's her deal, which is why I don't know whether to go on that date with the other girl.
