^^^What DJ_Hero said. Obviously she could be saying it all giggly, or asking as a sh!t test, or just plain...asking. Why does the tone have to be that of "Help I'm being raped!" Girls rarely care that much about their breasts being touched.

It's not socially acceptable and there's really no reason to grab them, probably why the girl the OP is talking about asked that (unless it was asked during them hooking up in which case the girl is just retarded), but it's not like most girls will whip out the pepper spray.
