I honestly can't see that ever being an issue. I'm not a female, so I couldn't say, but she would never have to worry about being gratified sexually. Once you build the rapport and sex is being discussed, just be open and confident about it. Let go of these hangups man.

Yea they're more likely to think it's the coolest thing ever. And guys like @Desdinova say I don't try when I've already had a major surgery just to enhance myself and a few weeks ago was going to get my legs broken to get height enhancement surgery.

You're fixing the wrong thing. Your social interaction is what's broken, not your body.

You're hoping the car will work better by giving it a paint job instead of changing the flat tire.
