Fresh & Fit seems to have a niche with the women guest they have.

They seem to bring on a lot of OnlyFans type women & various Miami 304s.

Host is early 30s and after watching a few podcasts, he's definitely not. I think his approach is to be as polite and unthreatening as possible so the women will be able to fully speak their mind and broadcast to the world what they really think. Once he fully lets them speak their mind him and the other guy (Chase) will often completely demolish them.

Why does that even matter. Rollo is more beta than alpha - does that mean his points are incorrect?

It doesn't make him a Chad, Chad is about looks, not frame or personality because there are a lot of Chads with 0 personality, lot of Chad-simps too.

Being extremely good looking, fit/tall, and holding frame like a rock is a Chad.
