Something strange has happened since I began this journey. What I'm about to tell you is something I think many here share too.
Have you noticed that when you read and educate yourself about female behavior, or you're on Sosuave, or simply talking to people about this topic, your thoughts and attitudes become more negative, cynical, angry, and lead you to dark places in your mind?
Or that you have just a very reptilian mindset to life?
Now, try the same thing, nourishing yourself with simple, positive, inspirational readings and happy people, and you'll immediately feel positive and liberated....
I discovered this when I started reading self-help books and hanging out with some very positive people. I noticed how these had such a strong impact on the nature of my thoughts, which were, in fact, more positive, and many of the cynical feelings, fear, anger, and doubt had given way to well-being, positivity, and peace of mind.
There's one caveat though: when you're in this "positive" state, you lose awareness and stop applying everything necessary to achieve SMV, the ability to read about social cues or women signals, in short, you become more positive, but also more "bluepilled".
I'm sure some of you have experienced both worlds. How did you manage to maintain a practical but above all positive approach?
