What would you do in my position?

Hi,

Well, here´s my story:
I´m a 17 year old boy from Germany. I was a foreign exchange student in Iowa, but I´ve just returned to my home country about 2 months ago. When I was in America I was a real ladies man, although I didn´t know anything about women at that time. I was approached by lots of hot chicks and I was really popular, but I was a total AFC. I failed pretty much every sh!t test, but I was able to get a HB8 gf. I was totally surprised of how outgoing the chicks were in America.That was probably the best year of my life. When I had to go back to Germany I thought I could get any woman I wanted, but reality hit me. It was like a punch in the face. I was outgoing and approached women, but they always gave me a wtf?????? look and were totally creeped out. Even when I was asking for the time they gave me that look and tried to run away from me lol. Starting a conversation with a stranger is like trying to jump in a pool full of water and trying not to get wet. It´s IMPOSSIBLE. I also don´t have a lot of friends. It´s not that I´m weird, it´s just there are no opportunities. In my class there are 2 guys from my hometown, the rest lives far away from me. That one guy doesn´t like to party and the other one has his own friends that he wants to go clubbing with. In Germany we don´t change the classroom, so I´m stuck with the same people all the time. Girls DO approach me, but not the ones that I like. The problem is there are no hot chicks in my class. We also don´t have lunch in school, so you can´t really make friends with other people in your school. We also don´t have High School sports or any other events for socializing.
To sum up my problems are that there are no real opportunities to make more friends and there are no opportunities to approach hot chicks because they always give you a wtf look when you approach them, although I´m good looking (9.8 on hot or not) and I got game. Right now I´m studying hard to get out of this fvcking town and go to college in America. I think that I just don´t belong here because I´m being outgoing is considered weird here. It looks like chicks don´t want a bf.
What would you guys do to fix these problems?

Well the reason you were popular in America is because you were from another country. American women love people with accents, from different countries, unique cultural things etc.

Going back to Germany you were just the same as every other guy there. If I went to Germany I could say anything stupid and the women would love me, because I was a tourist who had confidence.

Get out of your house, read the bible again, be social with the uglies to get back the mindset that you had in the US.

Dude, High School is just a popularity contest. BTW, this should probably be in the high school forum..... You could be the most butt-ass ugly guy in the world, but if you're parents are someone special or you are a star athelete the chicks would be all over you.

Your looks are not holding you back, you mind is. This much I promise you is true.

What can you do?

1. Stop labeling yourself negatively. You are creating self-fufilling prophecy.
2. Join some kind of activity that involves girls. A club or something.
3. Play sports. This will also keep you in shape and is fun.
4. Dress cool. Have your sister, a girl from school, or ask hawt women at stores to help you pick stuff.
5. Start a band. It's cheesy and overdone, but it gives you something to talk to women about.
6. Approach women who aren't well socially connected. This is the lazy way but it will work.
7. Realize all of these are just temperary bandaids. You won't be in HS forever, and the game will be more in your favor ina couple years, esp. if you move to a big city.

being a man the good and bad news is your results will be controlled by your actions. If you do nothing, you will likely have terrible results. If you take masive action, then soon you will have good results. But if you do that then you will have to put aside insecurities and pride. You will have to to decide to make results count, to be effective, and to not be a tough guy or a badass who can never have his precious ego damaged. That's the price of admission the universe has set to see the show.

We don´t have clubs in school. I could take dancing classes, but I hate dancing.

Play sports. This will also keep you in shape and is fun.

I play golf and soccer.

I already dress cool. I like to wear nice shirts and jeans.

Trust me, I´m working on my game everyday and I´m not afraid to approach women. However most women in my school have never been cold approached, that´s why they totally freak out and think that you´re gonna eat them alive. In the end of next year I´ll hopefully go to college, so I´ll just use this year to improve my game. Nomatter how many times I´ll get rejected.
