What would you conclude about this girl?

Hi, I saw something shocking occur in the school hallway and would like to get some objective opinions.

A group of about 5 students were in the hallway painting a mural on the wall while the rest of the students were in class. A good looking guy was standing on a chair, and a 16 year old girl was about 5 feet away. She asked him to turn around and then she started to bob her head back and forth, simulating giving him oral pleasure.

She bobbed her head 6 times and didn't care that the friends saw her. She only stopped when a teacher opened a stairwell door and passed by. She didn't want the teacher to see. The girl in question is a good student and is never in trouble.

I found this behavior troubling. What would you conclude about this girl? Is it possible she was only playing and may be otherwise a chaste girl?

Or does this indicate without doubt that the girl is sexually active and likes to give oral pleasure? What do you think about this girl?

She was joking around in front of her friends, maybe calling out for a little attention.

The bigger hypothetical question is what if the roles were reversed? What if the girl was on the chair and the boy told her to turn around and pretended to do oral on her, would you have reported him? If yes, why didn't you report the girl.? What would the other classmates who saw (if the girl was on the chair) probably have done?

Likely, he would have been expelled and probably sued by the girl's parents. The story would have ended up on CNN for sure and all the #metoo feminazis, including Gloria Allred, would have come to her rescue.

Kids at this age, even girls, are going through a phase where they engage in some rebellion. This is supposedly part of testing their boundaries while they become independent of their parents. Some rebel only mildly, some go all out.

I remember when I was in high school, I was surprised at the behavior of a girl I had been in school with since first grade. All she did was smoke some weed, which wouldn't normally have raised any eyebrows with me at all. But she was always at the top of her class, a frequent church-goer, and always had the reputation of being an exceptionally good girl, so while I expected it from everybody else, I didn't expect it from her. Turns out she was just like everybody else, and she had to go through some rebelling herself.

As for how chaste or freaky she is in her real life, I don't think you can draw any conclusions over one incident.

There isn't enough info to actually make an accurate assessment.

How do we know she didn't just finish giving him head 10 minutes prior and that the op is the only one who doesn't know they are an item?

The girl could be a known virgin and the irony of the situation is that she's pretending to perform oral?

The girl could have simply made a joke that was funny to everyone except the op, who knows?
