I was just going t post the same. A girlfriend of mine mentioned that she got a waterpik was was going to mix this solution to help with her gingivitus and as a side affect it also brightened teeth. I have been swishing with it for a few months now and my teeth are absolutely brighter.
Hydrogen peroxide will kill the bacteria in your mouth as well. You cant go wrong doing this. Just dont swallow, leave that to the chicks

Guys what's a quick way to whiten teeth? I looked at crest white strips professional but the reviews are mixed..
Mine aren't bad but they are a bit yellow.. I want to get them pretty damn white.. strips? Peroxide? Some people say that the strips damage your teeth and cause gum receding.. i don't wanna mess my teeth up..

Exactly! Anyone will not to mess teeth up. So, need a reliable something which can be effective and productive.
I did it plenty of times enamel is still in tact and the whitening is superb. As far as where to get it Idk I got mine over seas.

Agree with this, I've done the same thing. Don't buy a lot of cheap crap toothpastes because they are still abrasive to your enamel. If you use something with peroxide in it, you'll slowly see results after a couple of months of regular use. I typically rotate a peroxide toothpaste with something else that's just a general paste so as not to cause too much enamel damage. I used to have pretty sensitive teeth when i was younger but not so much anymore.

went to the dentist Friday for a 6 month cleaning. She tilted me back, shined the light into my mouth and said "oh, your teeth are so white, which tooth whitener do you use?" I told her that I rinsed with 1/3 hydrogen peroxide, 2/3 water.
"I just moved here from Florida."
That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
