“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I use Dymatize exclusively. Usually their 12-hr or elite gourmet. Solid company.
I use Dymatize as well, based upon your suggestion quite some time ago. I am very happy, good shakes at a good price.

Anyone ever try Instone Intake Performance shakes? It's Stallone's old company, but they went out of business. Those were excellent, but pricey, shame you can't get them anymore.

what about the flavoring? how many packs should i get/how to use them?

I personally just get about 3 flavors and rotate them around. Just put little 1/4 teaspoon in your shake.

As far as quality goes, True Protein is top notch, and their prices unbeatable.
