27 year old dating an 18 year old..? That's nearly a decade difference. I would say just keep things fun and light while keeping the spotlight off of you.

18 year olds are really immature and might even come off even more immature to you since you're a lot older. If you laugh at everything, then that would be your best friend.

Mention your job as normal. She'll probably be super impressed at how adult you sound. Most girls who are 18-20 find it hot when a guy has pretty typical "adult stuff" in their life because they feel it lends them some sort of maturity cred.
