What to go with protein powder?

Heya

This is proberly a really dumb question or been asked before, but do you guys have a protein shake with anything else apart from water or milk?

I ask this because I really cannot stomach mixing water with the protein powder Im using. It really makes me wanna be sick but I can drink it fine with milk.

I wanna start having a shake throughout the day aswell but have no where to store milk at work to keep it chilled so is there an alternative to have it with?

Must be a crappy protein if you can't have it in water (or unflavoured). You can mix it with juice too if you don't mind the carbs.

Is there anywhere to buy milk? At school I buy a small 500ml carton of milk and mix it up in an empty water bottle.

Generic crystal light from walmart.

unfortunatly there isn't anywhere i can buy it at work which sucks

im not sure what Generic crystal light is as we don't have a asda(Walmart) nearby.

I might just have a crack with juice or something, hopefully the extra ingridients aren't too damaging :rockon:

if you're in the UK, try those all fruit squashes (like Robinson's) - very few carbs in there
