Im trying to do situps, crunches, leg lifts (where u lay down, put ur hands under your butt, and lift your legs 6 inches or so off of ground for as long as possible), pushups, etc, but am fairly new to this "bulk up" stuff.
Im scrawny, and have a little tiny bit of a gut developing, not too bad but I want to "bulk up" this summer. My diet sucks, all I eat is fruit and carbs.
I don't know what to eat really. You are supposed to eat lots, so since I am scrawny should is it ok to fill up on fast food? Is there a thread anywhere on this forum or a word of advice that tells you specifically what is good, and what is bad?
