"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I apologize for the length in advance

Hi, I am currently a freshman in college. I wouldn't say I'm extremely bright, but I work hard and have accomplished quite a bit for my age. For example
have my own business (not one of those little kid ones, I actually do some deal making with big corporations) chairman of a non profit and a bunch of other stuff.

Women really weren't an issue I wanted to deal with, as I have used the excuse that I was too busy for them. But I think I should sort out some issues and I would appreciate some advice.

Heres are the main issues right now, I'd like some input from you.

1) A friend of mine likes me. Its not I find her totally unattractive, but I don't think I'd really want her to be a girlfriend.

2) I like my other friend a bit better. She apparently liked me in the past but I was with someone at the time (she didn't do anything tho, I just had people hint to me she likes me). But I've known her for almost two years now. I'm not sure how it would be if we started getting romantically involved.

I keep thinking I might meet someone I finally settle with. You know, the type you go "she's the one" to. But I doesn't seem to ever happen and I doubt it ever will.

Sorry for going off a bit on a tangent. I was debating whether to just settle with my second friend or not. I am not really in shortage of women (no i don't have a lineup but I do not have a problem with getting women). Should I bother settling down with her?

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

You wanna know what the problem is? These people are already your friends, and it would make it very akward in a relationship. There wouldn't be anything left to discover about one another, because you probably know everything about each other. You need to find new people to hook up with. Part of a healthy relationship is some mystery about the other person, something left to discover every day. If not, its just the same old thing, with everything around you changing. You need to create new scenes, not practice old ones. Get it?

Concentrate on your work/career. Getting and keeping your sh*t together is far more important then gaming girls. Infact it's an essential that everyone should do before gaming. If you're into our own thing and keep your mind right then finding a decent girl won't be too hard at all as they all seek a guy who's secure with his life.

Concidering you're just a freshman in college I'd hardly say you're pressed for time when it comes to finding a g/f. Stay the course as having a sucessful life is far more difficult to acheive and you're apparently already on that path.

She wouldn't be my first gf and I'm not really having a hard time attracting women.

I wouldn't agree that its an insecurity issue, I think I'm fine the way I am and I can't say I would trade my life with anyone I know in person (of course billionaires and celebrities don't count, who wouldn't trade their own lives with them).

But whatever, maybe it wasn't the right thing to do to ask. I know its not the most "DJ" thing to do, but I wanted to sort a few things out.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
