this is a dominance game.
don't blink. slowly start to smile. I mean GLACIER-LIKE. once you're at a half smile, hold up your hand in front of you, palm towards you, fingers extended but together. do the Morpheus "come here" thing with your fingers. if she comes over, you've won.

if she doesn't, she'll either look away and be done, and you've still won, or she'll get mad, and she's a *****, or she'll motion YOU to come over there. Don't, at least not for a little while...like right before you're leaving.

Walk up, and work your magic.

One more thing.
DON'T EVER FEEL ASHAMED THAT YOU'RE CHECKING OUT A GIRL.
This is one of the two reasons they dress like that.
The other is to show other chicks that they can attract men.

Going up and talking to a woman is 'forcing your attentions on her'?
