What to do when ask her out?

As the title say, when you call her, on the phone, what do you say to her? I need a headstart. I'm about to call.

small talk first.

how are you, how was your day(amount of smalltalk depends on how much rapport you established the first time you met).

personally: "hey we ought to get together sometime. how bout (dinner/movie/whatever) on (whatever day, usually 2 or 3 days from now) at (certain time)."

if yes: "aight, im gonna need directions to come pick you up"

no need to follow word for word, just as long as your comfortable and confident...oh and dont forget some c+f if you can fit it in.

I was planning on saying something like
let's call her jane
"hey jane there?"
...
"hey jane it's me, don, look I'm going to [place] on saturday, wanna come?"
if yes
"great, where do you want to meet?"

now the problem is, where should I got? help me fill the place

I could be wrong but from what I learnt from this site make sure you get all the arrangements, you're offering her too much chance to get out of it, be A MAN and tell her time/place.

If she flakes you gave her the option by not being definte! Im sure I'll be backed up I HOPE!!
