When doing C+F, the girl, will punch me lightly on my arm, or wherever, I usually just ignore it, buh is there something better I can do or say.

If she palyfully punches you, thats good! You're doing a good job. So like you said, you don't have to anything b/c you're doing good. Or there are so many other things you can do to continue teasing. Like: "wow, you hit like a girl!" "that's it, someone hand me the vaseline, we're gonna wrestle."
