"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I live at home in a small 2 bedroom co-op apt. with my mother. i'm 25, and plan to move out in a yr, i just gotta save that few extra thou to put a down payment on my own place. I dont wanna piss money away into renting, rather own the place. But anyway im stuck here for now with my mom in a little box apt. And just about every girl i meet including the one im meeting in a coulple days still lives at home. This is horrible when it comes to girls, i gotta spend tons of money cuz i cant take her to my place, my moms there. Forget sex. I guess i gotta wait for the parental figures to go on vacations huh? lol what do u guys do in this situation, or when u used to be younger and had to deal with that? I used to do it in the car with my ex, but thats just annoying in my opinion. Better than nothin but still.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Rent a motel room? $50ish.
Hotel Room? $120ish

Sound proof your room? $300ish

Get an old Volkswagen witha bed in back? $Lots

Public Bathroom quickies?
Utility closet?

Lol thats a tough situation... I rent, so I don't have that issue. Why not just get a mortgage on a less nice place? If you only need to save another G, then I'm sure you can afford lots...

Downpayments usually are about 5-10% so on a $160K condo, you're looking 10-16K.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Lol, no. But then again it depends on where you live.

Go through a real estate agent, tell them what you'd like to spend, what you'd like, etc. Prices are negotiable, start low.
