So i workout M-F at 5AM at my local gym. I get there at the time it opens and its great as i have the entire weight room to myself. Not a single person is in there...EVER! Feels like i have my own personal gym. I'm able to take my time doing my workout without having anyone bugging me and i have been making awesome gains.

The one bad part about it is there is never any Hot girls around as no hot chick gets up at 5AM to workout. At that time its only Old people in my gym.
The only pretty girl is the chick at the front desk that checks me in but she is always half asleep so no chance of picking up on her.

I was curious so one day i decided to workout at 5PM just to see how the gym was that day. OMG....sooo many beautiful/sexy ladies working out all dressed up HOT! It felt like a night club. But the bad part was the gym was jam packed. The weight room was full, i could not do my workouts at all. All the benches and free weights were in total use.

Yes i'm missing out on all the pretty girls by hitting the gym at 5AM like a crazy person but i'll continue to do so as i enjoy working out with no distractions and i love that fact that i can focus more on the intensity of my sets.

I prefer going later in the evening, because I'm not enough of a morning person to wake up at 5am and during the day it's crowded. Plus then I can take a shower afterward and get right into pajamas and I don't have **** to do then. It's the best.

afternoon for me normally, about 3-4pm, before the early evening rush. My gym is busiest from about 5-8pm.
I find afternoon easiest as I have a decent ammount of energy then, mornings dont work so well.

I usually go around 7pm, but the ideal time for me is mid-morning when I'm fresh and can just get it done. A lot of times in the evening i get that post-lunch slump and really just don't feel like lifting.

It depends a lot on what/how I'm training. For strength workouts I go when I'm the freshest, typically 5 or so hours after getting up. I'm a shift worker, so I'll work out at 1-2 am sometimes, when the gym is dead and there are few distractions.

When I first got my gym membership it was 1 or 2 Am after my friend got off work. That last for a year.

Now it's normally between 4p.m. and 9 p.m.,it's annoying when New Years hits or it's about to be summer when the rushes of temp. gym members come cause they waste my air in the gym but meh,what can you do.:rockon:

At my gym there are no pretty ladies. Bunch of old people,so the time I go really doesn't make a difference between clientele.

It tends to switch due to my work schedule. I prefer nighttime because I'm always able to lift more than I can in mornings. On nights, it's usually about 7PM, if it's during the day, it's usually 10AM
