“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I was wondering what time is better to go workout. I have a hard time waking up in the morning so it is tough. Once I get home from work, I am either too tired or do not feel like being bothered. What do you guys do? Is it better to work out in the morning?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I have never been a fan of training early morning. You are at your strongest in the evening. Why not go straight from work, before you go home? You will feel energised when you start training even if you feel a little beat straight after work. If you go home it's easy to get comfortable and can be an effort to leave the house to go training.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Lately, I've been changing into my workout clothes at work, drive toward home (1 hour comute) , swing by the park close to my neighborhood and run or walk. About 4:30p. (Lots of women at the park running this time of day).

Then swing by the gym and lift. (5:30p to 6:30p).

Then home...

I work 2 full time jobs. Evenings and Night shift. I usually go out and run 3 miles first then go to the gym. After that, I go to my Brazillian Jui jitsu class, then get home close to 1:00. Even if I didnt work the way I did, I would still work out in the morning because I believe in getting something like that out of the way as early as possible so I can have the rest of the day to myself.

I know people who get up at 6 in the morning to train. I could never do that since I'm a shambling zombie in the morning. I feel most energetic at night, a couple of hours before bed, so that's when I usually do it.
