I have no words.
Another is the validation of being desired by a woman. Or even that you broke her heart without directly doing so. Without even talking to her. The thought that she feels you're out of her league (especially if it's actually the other way around).

Not better. Equally satisfying depending on various factors. Women don’t have balls like men & are far more complex sexually/emotionally. There are many ways to enjoy pleasure, sex being but one way.

I probably have a few dozen really important moments that stand out in life. Family moments, food, personal/professional triumphs, a sunrise or sunset, travel experience, great wine, or even just mundane moments that made me feel good. The great sex of my life will is in there. (I imagine the birth of your child would be but I'm not a dad.)
Sex is one of the few experiences where you can look at life, death, the face of "God," the universe, directly in the eye. It's fleeting but can be transformative. Doesn't have to be - sometimes you'll just nut. But with the right partner(s) (or alone) it can be memorable. The hard part is both staying present and letting go of everything all at once. I guess that's why they call it agony + ecstasy.

Sure a great lay with a hottie just like a tasty steak is better than the minimum required to satisfy that need.
However what I believe is more important is harmony.
Harmony with yourself (peace of mind), harmony in your environment (wealth, social position) and harmony with the people you love that love you back or simply esteem you.
We often forget to mention what a great thing is to have friends with whom you share goals or important life experiences and a strong bond is created.
I often get sad thinking about the amazing friends I had decades ago that somehow I lost during the way...people you could related and understand each other deeply.
