So I had signed up for a computer at the library and I was late so I ran out of my house. From nowhere, a red truck pulled in and an undercover officer told me "FREEZE!", to get on the ground with my hands behind my head. They said they saw me with the 8 guys that ran when they saw the police. I didn't know what they were talking about and explained my situation. They cuffed me and put me in the car, they said I wasn't under arrest. They contacted my mother and I got out. Then they told me to wash my mothers car. They said if I didn't wash it to their liking, I would be taken into custody. What they do that for?
