“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I was ordering from trueprotein.com and they give several different sweetner options. I tried stevia in their shakes and honestly I can't tast any difference (there sales rep assures me its in there). Now I'm thinking of going with splenda. From what I've read it seems harmless enough however their aren't any long term studies done about it yet so who knows.

In any event this got me wondering. Whats your prefered sweetner? Why do you prefer it?

I use Splenda in my shakes. I've thought about others, but i'd have to test them all, but you can do stevia as well, or neosweet. Stevia has a unique taste, so some applications it doesn't work that well in for flavoring. I tried this in a custom supplement I formulated, and it didnt work well with the other ingredients.

So its pretty much up to how it tastes, and how sweet one is versus the other.

I personally have never had problems with Splenda.

why not just use regular sugar? i mean a teaspoon only has something like 15 cals in it. and at least you know that your body will have no problem with it, since sugar is a natural substance.

sugar in small amounts isn't bad.

i mean, a can of pop has 10 teaspoons of sugar in it. so if you are like me and you dont eat candy or pop, you can pretty much use regular sugar and still be consuming less of it than if you were drinking 1 can of pop a day.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
