Blood sports. Start your own gladiatorial games.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
Im proud to say that i was one of the people who made dodgeball what it was at my hs. 2 yrs ago my class started playing thanks to us stuuuudents...now they have a dodgeball club...go meOriginally posted by CableLight
I play Intramural dodgeball, basketball, and Co-Ed volley ball (shut it, this white boy can leap).
oh trust me my bike is not the best of the best, its £1100 new i got it off ebay for £445 a year and a half ago, upgraded it a bit so would probably be £1300 new now, its goog, has shimano xt group set mainly but its no where near top of the range, i could spend twice as much on a bike and it still would not be top of the range. If i spent 3 times as much i would only just be getting towards top of the range.Originally posted by sfalexi
In order to just do it for fun, and not competition, you don't need the best of the best of anything....roads are free, mountains are free
You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
the most alpha guy i know (and he's reeeeeeeally alpha) has been a swimmer, a basketball player and a tennis player (thus developing an excellent body), but he never got into a fight neither he has played violent sports, i'm sorryOriginally posted by Disconnect
Boxing. Wrestling. Football. Violence is key if you are aiming for the alpha image.
what da Fu8K u consider manly baseball, lacrose or ***** eating. i dont understand how can people watch baseball or football, when theres soccer "Football" and why did handball A.K.A football is so manly cause all the shyt players wear.Originally posted by drago
Soccer is not considered that manly in the US but it will make you develop a well-defined, lean physique. Play 3 times a week and you'll see results in a couple of months. Join an intramural team or, if you already know how to play, try out for the school team.
So ah, taking a machinegun and firing it into the middle of a mall is alpha?Originally posted by Disconnect

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.
Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.
Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
