Listed to them for an year or two max. Afterwards stop. Endless podcasts about hypergamy just lead to red pill rage (and recycle topics after a while).

Better to learn by practice.

I found the Andrew Huberman neurological stuff to be quite entertaining and very in-depth informative. He covers tonnes of topics like; sleep, dopamine system, mental health , physical health, cannabis, ageing. It's an incredible 1 stop shop for self betterment. If you get Brave browser for your phone there's an option in there somewhere to have youtube play while screen is off.

I'm kind of over podcasts tbh, too much drivel, same for many Youtube channels in general.

I like Tim Ferris, Chris Williamson, Joe Rogan, but only if they have interesting guests which is pretty rare. The only solo podcaster I'll listen to is Huberman.

I'd say try to find authors, academics, etc that you like and just listen to podcasts that they guest star in.
