Well rationally speaking here , impossible to change all citizens of a country in an instant or even over time id presume. But lets think about an integration of black people over 100 years.
first of all Japanese people are proud and respectful and have high respect for their culture and custums. So if any africans were to live there they would have to (key word) "intergrate" properly into their customs. since not following certain customs is considered rude by nearly all japanese , they can miss out on real estate ,financial and job oppurttunities. of course one cannot presume a complete 100 % intergration to be succesful , but lets presume since their value of their own culture is high an intergretion of 70-80 %. With an introduction of african culture of 40-50 %. Ofcourse the african people would have their own culture there, you cannot expect a whole new to forget all about their origin and tradition. and open minded japanese people would freely welcome new experiances. Even if at first it will be though But lets not presume that the japanese would shun the african culture or the africans would block away the japanese culture. To be able to live succesfully in a society of diversity one has to be able to be open minded and welcome new experiances. So i would believe that in time when(if) japanese and africans populations are closer to each other. the two cultures would have learned to assimilate each others cultural diversities. That japanese would celebrate some of the african cultures and the africans
woudl celebrate some of the japanese cultures. therefore over time creating a new culture : Japaneseafrican culture.
Actually the african people are welcomed in japan , many africans live there have children there learn to intergrate properly and become a part of society.
Culture is something that also evolves over time, new stuff gets added , old stuff gets changed. when you try to force it to stay the same , you will eventually loose it all together.

If we can draw anything from the past it is that ideological differences only get sorted out with destruction or seperation, and it is the destruction of white culture and white peoples which is going on today. Lets not beat about the bush, white people/culture are being replaced in the white world, in america more so than anywhere else. I can only think of three things bunnyeaster thanksgiving and christmas, and that latter was based of an guy in tazmania or something. other then that,i cant think of anything special....
Music ? old american 20s-60s english music , no one is out to destroy it. many welcome it , i like to listen to some elvis presley or jhonny cash sometimes.
Country music , still going strong, and i like some of the songs aswell.
Values ? Good values are the same in every good people no matter the country or colour they were born with.
Religion? many people believe in christianity , many different people from different places.
tradition ? well american whites still have their traditions. thanksgiving , easter , christmas.
So lets be Honest here , the reason why your so fussed up isent that white people are being "destroyed" , its that white poeple in america are viewed in a certain not so great way. Because of your forefathers actions your being judged , because of your colour your being victommized and generalized. Blacks can call you names but you cannot call them anythign back without being branded a racist. "black" rap culture is taking over the youth , were money and ***** is all that matters, and being and acting a certain way is prefered. Hispanics can have gangs blacks can have gangs without being called racist , but whites cannot.

As for whites in the rest of the world , they seem to be going as usual. Russia full of whites and white culture , romania slovakia poland etc etc . same. Scandinavia , exluding some specific media attention grabbers , going strong. italian whites keep going on with their traditions and culture , france , etc etc etc...
And i agree with your statement on putting people toghether and tellign them how to live only creates seperation and destruction.
The biggest problem in this world is our prejudgemental ideas about each others cultures and people even before we actually get to meet each other. This way people become afraid and dislike and ignore and avoid each other to an such extent that the cultures eventually get segregated into suburbs. wich is happenign in many countries. But you seem to think its all their fault, they seem to think its all your fault. WEll its actually both your fault.
People need to stop with this generilasation we keep getting fed by the media, a white man sees a couple of crimes footages of black men doing robberies or rape , he gets an subconcious thought about grouping all black males as criminals. A black man sees reportings about white kids beating up a younger black kid or white males going around doing nasty stuff to black people , he gets the same subconcious grouping of white males as racists. this ignorant grouping causes more damage than anything. people think muslims all ready to blow themselves up , brown and asian all math wizzes and work at seven elleven or drive taxis. this doesnt actually help integration in any way.
The government doesnt even have an proper intergration plan that work effiecently , unfortunately its not prioritized. But a proper intergration will be a effective way to create a society that understands and lives peacefully. The reason we hate is because we fear , the reason we fear is beacause we dont understand and the reason we dont try to understand is because were afraid of loosing what we have.
