“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

-its unlikely that it will hurt you

-It won't help until you in a good physical shape and your struggling to reach new platues. If you're starting out and making fast improvements, its unlikely it will aid in that. You have to be a serious athlete who works out consistantly and all that.

-It won't directly make you stronger. But it will make you stronger faster while strength training. It helps hydrate muscels which helps em recover. It also provides some energy to muscels, but its only helpful for short explosive exercises, like low rep weightlifting or sprints. It will have virtually no effect for endurance type exercises.

1. Correct as far as I know.
2. I'm not entirely sure about this, but I wouldn't see why it would only help people who have been training for a long time. If a supplement works, I would imagine it would work for athletes of all levels.
3. This is more or less true. Creatine helps with explosive exercises, and basically is useless for endurance activities.
(This is the part where I'm not 100% sure on)
Creatine helps your body produce ATP, increase cell volume, water retention and all that jazz. This, in turn, leads to more explosive contractions and quicker muscle recovery.

You should never take anything in abundance, but it should break down easy.
And what you don't use your body flushes (which is a lot-damn it $$$)

It has always seemed to help me, but you have to drink water with it or there is no point in taking it, and if you take it for a long time than get off you will notice a size difference.

BUT yea like War said try it for yourself

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I've been told by my biochemistry teacher (she did her post-doc at Uconn health center) that the creatine you buy in powder for is the wrong enantiomer of creatine. This means that your body can't even do anything with it. Sure it will try and in passing it through your system it may make you smell funny, but she is convinced it is a complete waste of money from a metabolic standpoint.

I mean if you drink lots of water with the creatine, THAT'S going to hydrate you. If you drink lots of water without the creatine, THAT will hydrate you also.

No offense, but there are already over 100 threads dealing specifically with creatine. In the future, try searching before posting; thanks. If anyone has anything that hasn't already been discussed in any of the posts from one of the 100+ threads, or that wouldn't better fit into one of said threads, PM me. Until then, thread closed.

Here's just one search result:
