frequency doesn't effect it as much as you think

weak PC muscles actually have more effect.
this is why women who've had children can feel more loose than other women. the PC muscles are stretched during childbirth and make the opening more loose. the actual size of the vagina is hard to change.
a woman may have success in doing kegel exercises to make the opening smaller, but i haven't heard firsthand of any positive results from a MILF doing kegels.
