“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

ok, here we are... heartbroken thinking what to do next...
cry if you have to, drink, yell, go to the gym (don't hit the wall!!!)... you need to take it out....when you get back to be yourself, take a sip of whiskey, and think why did she dumped you.
if she was a piece of C*** and she deserve the worst... apply NC 100% forever...
if you were an A***le wait a little bit, buy some flowers and learn to say "I'm sorry", some relationship worth to fight for...
In my case none of those options will work... I broke the NC after a week and read her last email... it was a slap in my face but I understood why she left... she just stop loving me... should I hate her? heck no, that crap happens all the time.. if I beg her, it wont work, if I text her, it wont work... nothing that I'll do it will work, if she come back, would I return with her?, maybe... but I wont make a bet on that, so it's time to go back to the track and be who I was before her... I have the most beautiful, awesome, amazing motorcycle (Ducati Diavel Strada 1200 cc) I can't wait for the weekend to ride it, to go somewhere and get some food, to play bowling every Friday at night, volleyball Tuesdays, etc...

My advice is find out why the relationship is over, and make your move...
I did a half NC, just deleted everything and move on, I keep thinking about her, but I can't do anything... just enjoy my life, probably someone she will show or probably not… but if I stay at home feeling sorry by myself I would never know what another great surprise (or person) life has for me...

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

One thing that I don't really see mentioned here on SS much is that it takes some real talent to be able to evaluate your own behavior objectively. On a board with mostly young men with emphasis on maintaining control in a relationship with women or keeping their behavior in check, it can sometimes come off that the woman is always to blame.

From your post it sounds like you were an a**hole on occasion. I don't know, I wasn't there and we only have what you posted to go off of. I for one have never subscribed to this ridiculous concept of needing "closure" which is what you suggest near the end of your post. If you can't objectively see what lead to the end of this relationship, you need to work on yourself just as much as she might need to work on herself.

I would say typically if the woman is the one coming back to you repeatedly not to end the relationship, chances are it was more her fault than yours.
