“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I have noticed something about guys who work out consistently versus guys who don't: they are more goal-oriented, and are more aggressive towards attaining those goals.

What I like about working out and building muscle is that everyone is on the same platform once they step into the gym. It doesn't matter who you are or who your parents were, or how much money you have, etc. No amount of bullsh*t is going to help you when you are trying to bench or squat.

What matters is how focused YOU are towards reaching your goal. In the gym, everyone is different; there are guys who can bench 3 plates on each side and guys who are working on a couple 35's. But that's totally irrelevant...The point is that each person is dedicated to working towards his or her own goal.

And I think this exemplifies the same sort of attitude that one needs to have in life. One needs to set a goal and work towards that goal, and not give up. In the gym, excuses aren't going to cut it. There are guys who whine and b*tch about how sore they are, or how it's too tiring, but those are the same people who whine and b*tch about how hard life is and how unfair it is.

I think that is one of the things that I appreciate about weight lifting.

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

im not trying to fight or anything, but some people are more gifted that others with genetics which enable them to have the edge in the gym. otherwise i find the atmosphere in the gym, or some of the ones that i go to, to be amazing as people are willing to help each other out. some peopel are not receptive but some take words of advice very well. as well i have met many people in the gym, now to be some of my best friends as we have something in common, lifting. you can never be the best in weights, and you can never get to a point where you stop because your lifting to much. you can always push yourself further. plus i like being able to sculpt programs for myself as well as for others

Yes, but that is this is a big point.

It's true: we all have our own limitations. Some people are given genetics that enable them to grow an amount of muscle in a period of a year what it might take a lifetime for another.

But being able to work on your own self, irregardless of what limitations might confront you, is something I see all the time at the gym.

I really do believe that the only fight in life is against yourself. And in the gym, it's only your own personal conviction and perseverance versus the immortal weights that ultimately determines your success.

Great post. I totally agree about being accountable for your own success/failure.

On a more basic level, my personal reasons are that I really enjoy learning more about fitness and building routines/diets. Of course, looking better naked is ALWAYS a plus too.

I'll add the question on whether people have actually attempted to better themselves to determine their limitations? Most of self imposed limitations are set simply by their inactivity.

Just something to consider.

I think the main reasons people work out is to get stronger and look better.

I really don't see any other big reasons
