Hi fellow DJs,

I am working at a company, and I don't know what to think about this situation.
The HR girl is very cold towards me (I don't have any interest in her whatsoever), on the other side she's so warm and flirty with the other coworkers.
I don't understand, I tried to chat her up a bit (I like to socialize with everybody )but she doesn't even hold eye contact and is not responsive.

Is there any explanation? It bugs me a lot since I want to befriend her in order to maybe get a permanent position.

Don't try to appease to anyone that doesn't like you. It's their problem not yours.

Is there any explanation?

Yes there could be multiple explanations:

• She knows you are trying to get something out of her.
• You look disgusting to her.
• Your voice sucks and sounds weird in her opinion.
• You creep her out.

Point is, who cares? If she doesn't want to talk to you, then don't try to change her mind. She is burying such a great opportunity to talk to you, her loss.

Seriously. It's her problem man. Whatever it is. You don't want to get a permanent spot at a place where someone you have to deal with already has a hard on for you in the bad way.
