"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I've had plenty of good experiences with women in their 30s. Often better than women in their 20s. OP had one bad date.
Agree. My GF is 39. I'm 35. She's the best looking woman I've ever dated. Dudes are always checking her out. Makes 80K per year. She has a low partner count (4, including me), had two LTRs in her 30's which didn't work. No kids, no marriages. No meds, no mood disorders. Late bloomer in terms of looks. She will most likely be my next wife. I hit the lottery and I know I might be the exception.

There are all sorts of LOUSY women. Age does not discriminate. If a woman was a piece of trash at 25, she'll be a piece of trash at 35. How many girls do you know that have honestly "changed" and became better women with time?

OP - you got a bad woman this time around. Better chicks await....

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I've got a plate right now that is 33. She is in her sexual prime and is the best sex I have currently. Has been married. All women I have dated are pretty much all crazy. You have to find the one that is the least so. I have some in their early to mid 20s that are wayyy..... More fvcked up then the 33 year old.

It's not always an age thing IMO. One 21 year old I dated, I'm 99% sure she was BPD or Bipolar. I'll take a 33 year old that's not a basket case over that any day.

I'd rather take my chances with the (possibly) batsh1t 30+ year old over the umbilically-attached-to-her-phone early 20 something year old. The main problem I've run into with the 30+ crew is the sense of urgency to tie the knot and pump out a kid or two, more so than the girl in the same age range whose crazy cat lady career is about to get started thanks to a fusion of bad experiences and self-destructive feminist psychobabble.

If I date a 35 year old woman I feel like I'm at work. Mostly interview type questions.

Younger girls are more easygoing and less concerned about whether the guy has a Bentley and a 7 bedroom house.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

They are starting to lose their youth, or have lost it already to some extent and are receiving less attention, which causes a reflex which results in them shaming men their age or older dating younger women. 35 plus women are even worse in this respect.

Also often times they slept around before this age, and think they shouldnt be judged (they shame slut shamers, and "players").

They think men should give a fvck about what they have "accomplished" or how much money they make. 90% of them (or more) are already slightly or more over weight single mothers, and believe they shouldn't be judged for that.

Now if they took good care of their bodies, never slvted around, and have no kids, there is nothing wrong with women that age.

Sounds to me like this "All women over 30 are damaged" business is a PUA myth. I've found girls in their 30s are more mellow.

I think expos has it right. If she's trash at 25, she'll be trash at 35, and vice versa.

Hate to say it but I agree with this.

More 35 year olds than 20 year olds won't give you time of day unless you are fully fully established. :woo:

Thu far, I've found women in their late 20's and early thirties to be the best dates, sex, etc. The one downside here is many of them have kids from past relationships, so if you prefer to date women without kids, then the pool in this age range is smaller. Frankly, I prefer women who are a bit more mature and have a career. The late teen, early 20's crowd especially the 9's and 10's are nuts as hell and nothing but trouble. Fun one night stands, but do not fall for them or get married.

I almost married twice, and I guarantee I would be divorced now if I had. Women in the 28-35 age range with careers are generally very stable. They are also very rare. Most places I've worked, the secretaries are in this age range and all have bastard children from multiple men and are divorced and now single. There is a definite pattern of behavior I've noticed in women with those types of jobs.

There is an opposite of this as well, which is I think what you had a date with. The girl who has had her heart broken enough times by players, cheaters, whatever, that she is jaded. Most people develop some baggage as they get older, but they also mature and learn to cope with that baggage as well and figure out who they are, what they want and how they want to be treated.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
