"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I dont understand wtf is it with these chicks who have boyfriends, yet they flirt so hard with me that puts me in a state of mind that shes single and wants me to talk to her... for example this chick who told me she had b/f a while ago... i stopped trying to get wit her, then after a while.. she flirts with me even more.. and giving out obvious signs like.... "Im not doing anything this weekend" and today i was thinking maybe she broke up with her man.. so let me swoop in... on my work break, she was standing outside up the block... so i stopped and this is how it went...

Me: Hey

Her: Hey

Me: On a break?

Her: Not really, *smile* just smokin a cig..

Chit chat went on for a bit.. alot of smiles and eye contact.. then..

Me: What are you up to saturday?

Her: nothing much... Just hanging out with friends and my boyfriend.

Her: You live alone?

Me: Yeah

Her: No girlfriend? (surprised look)

Me: Nah...

(I didnt know how to keep gamin her with the boyfriend comment on my mind) .. anyway her phone kept ringing while i was talkin to her, and she kept ignoring the calls... Im assuming maybe it was her B/F callin while she was talkin to me.....

i dunno guys, im confused bout the whole thing.. why is she giving so much hints that she wants me but then brings out the B/F comment.. So many girls flirt with me, so many smile at me and give me laser eye contact but they end up having B/F... I feel lost.....

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

If she wanted to make something happen with you, she would have avoided the unnecessary boyfriend comment. She went out of her way to mention it, which means she wanted you to know she still has one. If she wanted to make babies with you, she would have danced around the topic, careful not to scare you off.

Cut your losses until further notice.

A girl in one of my college classes flirted with me and I started pursuing her. She mentioned a bf out of the blue and I decided to let it go. She made it a point to "complain" about her bf within earshot of me so I'd get the clue and fvck her. I didn't want any part of it so I left it alone.

Sometimes they'll mention a bf so they won't feel guilty if they decide to cheat, but that's only if they trully want to hook up with you. I'd leave it alone personally, it's not worth finding out what her true intentions are, unless you're up for it. No guarantees either way.

If you can't handle it, get the fck outta the kitchen.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
