It's bad enough that they are stealing, but what makes a rape necessary? Criminals used to have a baseline level of dignity and honor. These thugs just seem to want to degrade. I mean, what is going through your mind when you rob a 72 year old woman, suddenly you want to put your d*ck in her?

Somebody explain this crap, please. The beatings too. Fights have always happened, but only here lately do people seem to just beat each other near death. How do people have that much hate built up? Or is it just a normal part of some groups' DNA?

Sadism; the selfish joy of having absolute control over others... The joy of subjugating the weak! Perhaps your genetics vary too greatly, and you totally lack this urge... Perhaps you're just so brainwashed by this weak culture that you repress these urges to the point where you've forgotten you have them. Who knows! But the sadist trait still runs in me. But if I went the badguy route, I'd reserve my sexual aggression on pretty female victims.

Raping old ladies sounds pretty gross to me. Maybe those guys were terribly ugly and had no access to masturbation material. Maybe the old lady resisted them too much, maybe her resistance was sufficient to trigger sexual urges the same way flirty girls trigger aggressive responses from us. I can't see myself getting excited over a geriatric no matter how much she resisted though... yuck.

It's nothing "good" about this. These people are mentally sick, some are literally "monsters". We've had monsters for hundreds and thousands of years. Look at jack the ripper, look at lynchings, look at mutilation and rape during war, there has always been a side of human nature that is sadistic and evil and revils in the pain and suffering of others.

You've seem to have forgotten about that millennium when the "greatest show on earth," was gladiatorial combat. If anything, cable television period pieces such as Deadwood, Spartacus, Rome, and Boardwalk Empire, have shown just how dangerous and violent the world was. The later half of the 20th Century to the present is the most peaceful and safe humanity has been in the history of the species.
