i weigh 105 kgs currently trying to lose weight. i dont like eating boiled eggs. so trying to get something as an alternative.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

You should give a look at keto.

Lost 6,6kg so far... Im 30 days on it. The first 15 days I also ate crap on weekend so I could have lost more.

There is no supplement or magical workout for that. You have to learn what you put in your body.

Dont have to over workout. Im walking, doing some light calisthenics and losing weight.
