"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I want to get my mind off some depressing sh!t in life; i realized I need some hobbies. I been trying to make spears or capture squirrels and crap, but doesn't hurt to do something else.

BTW I lift about 4-5 times a week. I would love to do some boxing or something, but have no money and school is also not letting me. Something economic and not burdening please. Thanks

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

Ride a bike. I started riding in order to save some money, but I've ended up spending all the savings in what's become my brand new passion. It does wonders to your thighs :), keeps you fit and slim, makes you quit any bad habit you may have, increases your confidence after being exposed to dangerous situations (speeding cars, trucks, potholes, grannies crossing the road), and becomes an essential ingredient of your persona (you know, the dare devil though biker who doesn't give a shot about what everyone else thinks). Additionally, the biker can be used as a seducer character. Every time I'm on my bike and approach a girl in the street or in college, it helps create value and brings a challenge to her (does she ride a bike? is she the sporty kind?.)

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

True, I live in a relatively "hip" area in my city and girls go crazy for bike messenger dudes haha.

Amen to the skydiving mate, nothing compares to jumping out of a plane at 15000 feet and plummiting for a minute with a clear mind and just enjoying the sheer thrill and rush of the moment.

Best thing anyone can do EVER !!!

Like you already mentioned, weight lifting is awesome.

I started doing boxing recently. And that sht clears my mind. My adrenaline and testosterone jump up. I feel amazing, pumped, confident after each boxing workout. The only problem though it isn't cheap to join a boxing gym (I pay $70/month). But it's worth the money, keeps you busy, clears your mind, gets you pumped and energized, and gets you in touch with your masculinity and warrior spirit.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Playing basketball at the park is the best. Gives you sun, exercise, people to meet. Not sure what you can do at home - outside of the basics. There's only so much you can do there.

Moved to AE...

Coin collecting, playing guitar, writing music, recording music, singing, hardware hacking, working on my house, cooking, baking, writing, record collecting, spending time with my kid, and then I gotta fit the girlfriend in there somewhere.

[Learn a musical instrument] chicks dig this may be profitable one day.
[Learn to dance] another supplemental dating skill.
[Volunteering] Check your local church or meetup.com for local events.
[Work] Buy a bike or something cool I dunno.
[Workout More] There was a time I really got into it going twice a day and running. I looked good...

All of the above totally increase your value further entertaining you with more poon. And most of these things lead to other better opportunities.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

I am looking at taking up some new hobbies. Playing a musical instrument like a guitar and running/swimming/bike riding.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
