What happens if you don't number close?

Every now and then I like to approach women and have a little conversation, but I don't number close for the main fact that my phone is disconnected. I would ask for emails, but this isn't the early 2000s anymore.

If I don't number close, does that mean the girl thinks I'm not interested in her?

Why do you have no phone? Get into a money making scheme as soon as. In the mean time there is nothing wrong with getting emails but communication by email to get her our is probably harder then chat on the phone. Have you got Skype on your computer at least?

I'm saving up money at the moment and I want to pay off my credit card debt. I have a phone, but the phone provider is disconnected.

I have Skype on both my phone and computer, but I don't think a lot of people you see on a daily basis use it.

Well if you don't use Facebook or don't want to ask for it then use some kind of app that use phone numbers like whatsapp/viber or whatever is popular or you can get a prepaid plan.

I don't know how is your game or confidence but you can always ask them out in person. no need to waste time. I occasionally ask girls out on first approach or meeting without the need for a number and they usually show up on time.
