"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

This isn't a story of conquest..but yeah listen up you might get a good laugh.

I'm at this party, and my friend is a wall flower so I just hang around with him. It's starting to get pretty crowded, and 3 attractive looking girls point at us, and immediately my censors go up. I think, what the heck would they possibly want with us.

They approach us, and the first one goes, "Hi my name is Ashley", the others girls are laughing along.. I realize, they're not trying to pick us up, they think this is funny. The second one shakes my hand and my friends hand and says "Hi my name is Christine". The third one says "hi my name is Brittany" and i tell them my name. They are still laughing.

Then they say now what are our names. And they are about to walk off, assuming we didn't remember them. Well boy did i prove them wrong. I without hesitatation said "christine, brittany, and ashley". You should have seen the look on these chicks faces. They were so shocked i picked that out. They must have assumed just talking to random guys would prove that we'd be so intimdated we'd not know their names. Well I felt a little better about myself afterwards.. Had a few words with them, said "What did you have a bet we wouldn't know your names". one of them said "no, but we woudlnt' have been happy."

Do you all think this is an example of girls just trying to tease guys they viewed as unsocial or unacceptable. I dunno, i felt like they were trying to be *****es about it.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Everywhere you want to be.... I'm like a Visa card
i would have taken advantage of that. the shock of finding out u know your stuff would just add to your game. say something like, "you girls saw me and just couldnt resist coming over here and introducing yourselves, huh? yea, i have that effect on people..."

turn their own crap against them. they were probably trying to be *****es, but if u could've turned the tables on them, they'd have been blown away.
