"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

"I've heard a lot of things about you"

I'm just curious why a girl would say this, does it mean she has been asking around about me or does it means she has been **** talking and people have told her about mistakes I have made in the past?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I don't think I am, I'm just curious because it has been said to me a couple of times.

It's a test.... to see if she can shake your composure. Shrug it off, and don't ask her what she's heard, whatever you do. It's a trick, most of the time.

One of the girls I was with, recently, said that she'd heard things about me. (she is friends with some of my friends and I've been known to sleep around a bit and I don't really hide that fact) I figured it had something to do with that, but I didn't care. i just said, "oh yeah.... I'm sure you have" I smiled and continued our conversation and didn't let it get to me. She later confessed that she hadn't heard anything about me... she was just trying to get a rise out of me.

When something like that comes up, just acknowledge it and don't worry about it. brush it off.

HaHAhahHaaha You haven't changed one bit.

I bet you it's one friend of the same girl you have been having problems with. If not it's K.

Juan_Don relax breath, read the DJ Bible and uh stop caring what these girls think about you.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

It means that you have a significant reputation. Only you can say whether it's good or bad based on your actions in the past.
