I see your point and of course it is true, but the fact is how many people actually communicate? Most don't because they feel like they'll either be judged no matter how open the other person is. That takes a long time, which most people don't have. Plus, if she's having sex with you she wouldn't want to risk losing you (not at that moment anyway) so she wouldn't tell you something that would make you repulsed by her.
